Building digital marketing expertise through structured learning and practical application
Nagebo started in 2018 when three digital marketing practitioners in Sofia recognized a gap between academic theory and industry practice. Working with over 40 Bulgarian companies, they noticed recurring challenges: teams struggled with analytics implementation, content strategies lacked data backing, and paid advertising budgets were often misallocated.
Rather than consulting individually, they developed a structured curriculum combining technical skills with strategic thinking. The first cohort of 12 students completed an 8-week program covering SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics setup, and Facebook Ads management.
We teach digital marketing through courses that balance theory with hands-on projects. Students work with real campaign data, analyze actual website traffic, and create content strategies for specific business scenarios. Our instructors are active practitioners who manage campaigns, optimize conversion rates, and stay current with platform updates.
Every module includes exercises using industry tools. Students configure tracking pixels, build audience segments, and interpret campaign metrics using the same platforms they'll encounter professionally.
Course materials update quarterly to reflect algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging platforms. We document what works now, not what worked three years ago.
Students complete assessments that test specific skills: keyword research accuracy, campaign structure optimization, and data interpretation. Certificates indicate demonstrated competencies, not just attendance.
Since 2018, we've trained 340 students across 28 program iterations. Our courses serve marketing coordinators adding technical skills, business owners managing their own campaigns, and career changers entering the field.
Classes maintain a 1:8 instructor ratio, allowing personalized feedback on campaign setups and strategy decisions. Students access course materials for 12 months after completion, including updated content as platforms evolve.
